01 General Terms & Conditions

You are required to read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the 35bda website (https://35bda.app) or its related mobile applications. By registering on 35bda or using the platform, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

35bda is a licensed online gaming and betting platform. We believe in fair play, transparency, and player protection. These Terms and Conditions have been developed with Bangladesh players in mind.

02 Account Register

To register on 35bda, you must provide accurate and complete information. 35bda reserves the right to cancel any account created using false or incorrect details. Information required at registration:

If an account holder is found to be under 18, the account will be closed immediately and all associated transactions will be cancelled. Any deposited funds will not be refunded.

05 Bonus & Promotion Policy

35bda regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus offer carries its own terms, which are specified in the details of that promotion. General bonus policy:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only
• A specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Claiming bonus benefits across multiple accounts is prohibited
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and may only be used for gameplay
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days; any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period
• Accounts found attempting to claim bonuses fraudulently will be closed

06 Gaming Rules

08 Account Closure and Suspension

35bda reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• If false information is provided at registration
• In cases of suspected fraudulent activity
• Upon failure of age verification
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• If a player requests self-exclusion

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before closure; however, this may not apply if the account is closed due to a violation of our rules.
